The future of tax and accounting firms is being shaped right now by the decisions professionals make around technology, workflows, capacity, and the services they offer. Building the Firm of the Future is an in person Practice Management experience created for professionals who want to work more efficiently, build sustainable firms, and move forward with intention rather than reaction.
Together We Thrive Building the Firm of the Future brings professionals together for a full day of learning and conversation centered on real world practice challenges and opportunities. This program blends one hour of CPE eligible instruction with one hour of guided peer discussion for each topic, allowing participants to immediately talk through how ideas translate into day to day operations.
Throughout the day, attendees will explore how artificial intelligence can support solo and small firms, how to optimize workflows from engagement through completion, how to implement advisory services in a way that aligns with capacity and values, and how to think strategically about what the practice of the future truly looks like. This is not a lecture driven event but a collaborative space designed to foster shared learning, honest conversation, and practical takeaways participants can apply immediately.
